Cassie grew up on Cape Cod and has been practicing yoga since the age of 10.  In 2015, Cassie became a 200HR Registered Yoga Teacher while still in High School!!

Drawing on her knowledge as a life-long figure skater she also teachers yoga to figure skaters in Boston.
