About the event
Welcome the New Year with a 75 minute Restorative yoga class!
In this restorative class we will focus on gently opening the body to melt away tension with ease. We will also soften the respiratory muscles through comfortable postures assisted by props and bring awareness to breath to elicit a total mind-body relaxation.
Each participant will recieve a small gift as we close out our practice.
