Join the Wareham Land Trust and Stella Maris Yoga for a peaceful outdoor yoga session surrounded by the beauty of Douglas S. Westgate Conservation Area. This class is designed to be adaptable for all skill levels, from beginners to experienced yogis, with a special focus on mindfulness in nature.
The Wareham Land Trust is proud to offer this session in partnership with Stella Maris Yoga. In honor of the legacy of Officer Janice A. Cunningham, Stella Maris Yoga is a yoga and wellness studio whose mission is to empower, uplift and create a community where all feel welcome. Now at their new location at 200 Main Street in Wareham they continue to offer a variety of classes, workshops, and events in line with their mission.
