Partner Yoga

Join us for an evening of fun, laughter and connection!!!

Bring your friend, sister, brother,  mother, father, daughter, son, or significant other!!

We will building trust and communication by supporting our partner in a variety of postures and breathwork.  Working with a partner can provide balance, help with body alignment, deepen a pose, build strength and cultivate creativity.

We will close out our evening with a champagne toast to our partners (non-alcoholic beverages will also be provided).

This is event designed for all levels of practice!!
