Connect with nature!
Join Diana and Kathy as they lead you on this short hike with pauses to explore standing poses, reflect with mantras, set intention and bathe in the sounds of nature. We close out this practice with ceremony and treats.
All levels welcome.
Terrain is fairly flat. Great way to start the day and begin new month!
