About the event
Join us for a deeply restorative afternoon of guided meditation and individual Reiki energy healing, led by Diana.
We’ll begin together in a grounding meditation to soften the nervous system and settle the mind. From there, each participant will receive a brief individual Reiki session while resting comfortably in the studio, accompanied by calming music and a peaceful atmosphere.
This experience is designed to support energetic release, emotional clarity, and deep relaxation.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice that works with the body’s natural ability to restore balance. Light hands-on or hands-above techniques are used to support energetic flow — there is no pressure, manipulation, or massage.
