About the event

Do you wonder which type of yoga is best for you?

Have you ever been interested in trying different types of yoga?

Ever wonder what the difference is between yoga modalities?

Do you just want to get out of the house and have some fun???   Then come explore with us!!  

All levels of experience are welcome!!

Classes will run between 1-2 hours.  Each week will focus on one style of yoga. Not only will we practice each style together, we will also explore its orgins, fun facts, benefits and the uniqueness of each style.

Register for the entire series or just one class.  

$120 pre-pay for all 10 sessions or $15 per class.

  • Week 1:  Yin Yoga
  • Week 2:  Power Yoga
  • Week 3:  Restorative Yoga
  • Week 4:  Hatha
  • Week 5:  Chair Yoga
  • Week 6:  Vinyasa Flow
  • Week 7:  Gentle Yoga with Yoga Nidra
  • Week 8:  Hot Yoga
  • Week 9:  Kundalini Yoga
  • Week 10:  Bikram Yoga  (26-2)
