Movement and Mantra Yoga Circle

Connect with other yogis and evolve your personal practice beyond asana.   

Creating a circle of energy as we connect, share, breathe, and move our bodies. We will explore and experience the magic of pranayama and mantra. 

A short meditation to the beautiful vibrations of a singing bowl will close out our practice. 

Time at the end of class to share and reflect on our experience.

Dharma talk:  

Discuss current energies/astrology, sutra study, self-love, etc.  

Group exercises to connect with each other; 

Opportunity to share positive moments, wisdom, recent yogi reflections.

Light Asana:   Gentle flow to come into the body and move our energy.   

Mantra 

Meditation:  Non-guided session with sound and reiki.  

Close circle:  Short time to ground/reflect/share.
