Refuse To Sink: The Workshop

This empowering and powerful workshop is led by Kelly Guay, author of "Refuse to Sink: Stories of Life, Loss, Love and Laughter".  

In this workshop you will explore the power of positive thinking, resiliency and hope in a warm, engaging environment while participating in activities & group discussion. Kelly will also share parts of her touching journey with you using humor, candor, vulnerability as well as the  the techniques she used to anchor into positivity and simply refuse to sink.

All ages are welcome!!

This workshop will be offered both in-studio and through Zoom.
